Huh, I used to like this game a whole lot more than I do now.
Oh well, I guess not all games stand up to the test of time. Anyway, this is a pre-release
version of Magician. This prototype is probably about 99.5% complete compared to the release
version of the game. So far, only two obvious differences have come out - the main character on
the title screen looks like he just met up with a special forces member that snapped his neck
and just left it hanging there. Good move on Taxan's part revising that one.

| The only other difference that's been found in this version
looks more like a glitch than a real change. On the bottom of the shop's screen, there is some
garbage displayed that the final version doesn't have. More than likely, this one is just a
simple glitch that was repaired before the game was finalized and released.

I don't know, I really remember liking this game a lot more
back in the day - maybe it's just a case of looking at games in the past with the usual rose-colored
glasses. Ah well, not all of em can be winners in the end... It's still a hoot to play, but
it's just not that differnet from the release version...
