Contrary to what you might think from this picture, Blake was an excellent player. A second baseman, he had great
range and a strong arm. He had a quick bat with good power behind it. And to go along with that he had blazing
speed. A quiet, unassuming guy, Blake did his talking on the field. Although he only played 1 year, Blake
left his mark on the team.
